He will also inspect appliances like stoves and refrigerators for safety and to ensure they function properly.

The home inspector presents the homeowner with a detailed report at the end of the inspection. These reports include photos with notes on what he or she has found during their inspection.

First impressions are key!!Went to the property to find Josh Yauney, our inspector had already started the inspection. Don't know too much about home inspections, but when you pay the amount of money we did for our forever home, you want it inspected thoroughly. Man, Josh at Bentley Home Inspection Services did NOT disappoint. He took his time and inspected ever nook and kranny of our future ~ 3,500 sq ft of the house.
